Choosing the best furniture for an office in Rome does not mean making only an aesthetic decision, related to subjective taste. Rather, it is important to find the right balance between functionality and design, between beauty and user experience.
In fact, if on the one hand the office is the place designated for welcoming customers and organizing important business meetings; on the other hand we cannot ignore the so-called operational offices, whose daily life is lived exclusively by people intent on working, and the furniture that is part of the furnishings are mostly represented by desks, chairs, bookcases, shelves. Obviously, furnishing an operational office in Rome, as in any other city, does not mean neglecting elements such as practicality and comfort; we must not forget that most people spend a lot of time at their workstation and need optimal conditions to be able to be efficient in carrying out their tasks.
A very different discussion must be made when talking about furnishing for a managerial or even presidential office.
The executive office is generally quite large, because it not only houses the manager's workstation but also requires the presence of a figure who carries out secretarial duties. The desk is made with rather high-quality materials, which can vary depending on the aesthetic preferences of the person for whom the office is intended.
Those who prefer classic office furniture mainly focus on wood as a construction material. Those who are more inclined towards a contemporary or modern solution prefer desks with glass tops and metal elements.

The reception, on the other hand, although similar in some characteristics to offices, has a completely different organizational structure from the latter. Even a careless observer can notice that the central element is undoubtedly the large counter, rectangular or semicircular, which acts as a support element and protects those who are working from the prying eyes present in the waiting room.
